Individual Therapy
One-on-one psychotherapy for middle-school aged children and teens. While parents and other adults may be asked to jump in, this treatment modality targets skills building and the family bond from the child’s perspective.
Behavior Consultation
Parenting stress reduces when behavior problems subside. In many cases, consultation with parents, teachers, and the other important adults in a child’s life that includes intensive coaching and systems coordination improves both child and family functioning.
Testing
Dr. Sale also conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations that includes neuropsychological testing for children and young adults. Testing takes place in-person over a series of 1-3 half days in a community agency located in Henrico County.
